Paramilitary force tells court government influencing probeand trial against former federal minister

Rangers filed a petition in the Sindh High Court on Saturday against the possible transfer of the special public prosecutor in the case against former federal minister Dr Asim Hussain, who faces the charges of abetting terrorists.
Rangers deputy superintendent Inayatullah Khan Durrani submitted in the petition that the provincial government, with ulterior motives, was trying to influence the investigation and the prosecution of the trial against Dr Hussain.
