KARACHI: Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday again issued arrest warrants for Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief and other leaders Dr Farooq Satttar, Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui, Khawaja Izhar and others in provocative speech case.
The ATC was hearing case pertaining to facilitating in provocative speech.
