ISLAMABAD: Vice-Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Shah Mehmood Qureshi said on Thursday the party will contest the election for the slot of National Assembly Speaker and Shafqat Mehmood will be the party candidate for the post.
Quershi also told the media that PTI Chairman Imran Khan would not be able to attend the National Assembly session commencing from tomorrow.
Criticizing the PML-N government for increasing the prices of petroleum products, the PTI leader said the decision of price hike should be withdrawn.
